First of all, I know how to make money, and I’ve never worked a 9-5 job. However, before it even comes to making money, I waste a huge amount of time. Before I make my first $1, I struggle with perfectionism.
I create a website, putting in time, effort, and sweat, only to delete it and start over 2-3 times until I really like it. If I get a new idea, I put my actual project on the sidelines and start working on the new one. At the end, all the sites get finished and generates me a cashflow. But the process drives me crazy.
It’s so hard for me to not obsess over how a site looks, or how to improve it. As a result, I lose 3-6 months on every project.
How the hell do I get rid of this pattern? I really need advice from someone who struggles with this too and managed to fix the problem, or some one who know how to fix it.
PS: The only time i have no idea this pattern exists is, when somebody pays me to get things done.
