pharma ads - ExoClick & Traffic Junky for Pharma Eshops

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently spent 500 EUR on traffic from ExoClick and Traffic Junky for my pharma e-shop that sells products like Kamagra, Viagra, Cialis, and other similar items. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any notable conversions or sales so far.

Has anyone here had success generating profit through these ad networks, particularly in the pharma niche? I’m wondering if there’s something specific I might be missing, or if others have experienced similar challenges.

Additionally, does anyone have experience with other advertising platforms for pharma products? So far, I’ve only been able to get orders through SEO, but it’s a very slow process, and I’m looking for faster ways to generate sales.

I’d really appreciate any advice or insights on how to improve conversions or better optimize these platforms for products like mine.

to be honest, it requires serious experience and skill to find the correct campaigns that will convert. im not sure anyone here will reveal what they buy.
