1. Placed an order for accounts, took a long time for delivery.

2. Can't access the accounts.

3. His websites down. No ones responding to DM's or messages.

I'd avoid him entirely.

Even then we do not have a record of not delivering beyond 48 hours, if there is, it is better to provide proof here
