If so, I know that the effect of a narco economy hits a lot of these countries particularly hard but you only have corruption in your own law enforcement, customs and even legal system to blame more than anything if so.

yep any federal crime he can pardon them (except himself), but not on state crimes.
He pardoned domestic terrorist and others that were convicted . They LOVE law and order they s ay, probably they mean the show as they all don't follow the law and love the ones breaking it. He will probably get some % from the BTC that the guy has left

At least tell me why you feel the kid selling drugs online is any more guilty than the stores selling booze then, at least on ethical grounds.
