This is not IM related but it is a journey and may give you all some ideas as to how to grow your business with snail mail marketing and minor influencer marketing.
So, on Christmas Eve, Santa over spent and bought a golf cart for the family (there is just 2 of us so it is a small family).
In general they come looking boring, nothing exciting, just a means of transportation to get from tee to green.
We have them cruising the neighborhood now and then and my wife really wanted one, and has for years, so I finally gave in.
What the journey is though is how much swag can I get from the sports teams in the USA with simple snail mail and local GEO influencer marketing.
Thus, I'm going to send out a letter to every major league sports team in the USA and see what they will send back to dress up the cart and to market their team in a way that many do not do. You may want to consider this for some regional companies if you are in the marketing industry as that would surely fly.
Here's the cart, nothing fancy, but dressed this could look sharp. The logo on the front can be replaced, hubcaps or wheels would look sharp, a banner on the windshield, can send a message, logos on the side can catch some attention, a flag or two would make it look presidential, and a tag on the back can certainly share our enthusiasm.
