The account can be detected as compromised. Your friend should use a private mobile proxy with your location and as much as possible use the same browser fingerprint. Your friend should not do a lot of things at once. They need to access and use the account gradually.

Logging in from two different countries without any proper setup is a sure way to get restricted and or shadowbanned at the least. You'll want to use high proxies on top of anti-detection browsers (if on PC) to make it difficult for their algo to sus you out. And yeah, ease into the activities gradually so you don't shaft yourselves and plot out your logins accordingly. To sum it up, consistency is key. Warming up new locations and devices by starting with light, typical actions is important. (If possible, minimise or avoid the need for account sharing and consider adding your friend as an admin for any shared responsibilities.)

Getting shadow ban with fb occur when you manage many accounts, there is no problem sharing your account with other location / proxy users.
