Does Facebook shadow ban you if you log in from different countries?

I think you should use proxies in the US, but you should look for quality proxies to avoid irregularities. Warm up your account, do everything slowly
 
Facebook doesn’t officially shadow ban users for logging in from different countries, but unusual login activity can trigger security measures..

You should use a proxy from the country you used before to avoid being scanned incorrectly. Also start the account on both devices with real user interactions to avoid being scanned.

Actually, Facebook does not prohibit you from logging in to one account in multiple countries, it is allowed. However, they will suspect your account and if there is any activity, they will temporarily or permanently block your account. Therefore, the safest way is for your friend to use an Indonesian proxy to log in from only one location.

Logging in from a different country will definitely raise suspicion on Facebook. Ideally, you should log in using an antidetect browser with a proxy and then share the profile with your friend. However, if that’s not an option, you can follow these steps:
  • Use an Indonesia proxy (preferably one close to your original location) and choose a residential proxy instead of a datacenter proxy.
  • Avoid changing the password or modifying any privacy-related settings immediately after logging in.
  • Do not log in simultaneously from two devices. If both you and your friend access the account at the same time, it will almost certainly trigger suspicion.
  • Warm up the account on the new device by browsing normally before engaging in any critical actions. Also, try to space out login times instead of accessing the account right away.

Both machines should use the same Proxy. Everything will be fine or you can use Anydesk to avoid any abnormality.
 
If you change for a long time, it will not affect you, but if you change continuously in 1 day, it will affect you greatly.
 
Warming up your account is necessary, even if you have any sudden changes in IP or proxy, you should warm up your account for a while first, so that the FB system does not record anything unusual.
