Need Advice to rank 1st Page on SERPs

I started doing the SEO with my agency website last 4 month. it's 20+ services keywords on the 2nd and 3rd page with 30+info keywords are 4th and 5th page Now. what's the best way to rank 1st Page on SERPs. any good advice and recommendation would be appreciate.

i have already done with
-on page SEO
-technical SEO audit and fix all the issues
-speed up optimization 90+
-post 1500+ word blog content 4/5 times each weeks with proper internal linking.
-10+ Guest post for services page.

4. Check your competitors backlinks, Site age
5. For Technical SEO Use Both Screaming Frog and GSC and fix if there is any remaining issue

You need more backlinks to reach there. Either create yourself or hire someone for this job.
