If it's proved that those government agents are behaving like that, the next step is hiring a lawyer, you could receive a fat compensation for that, but I don't know, maybe it's just an hallucination or some kind of projection from your head

I'd say you are seeing things, hallucinations created by your paranoia state. Hallucinations can be extremely realistic. Nobody is laughing at you right now, because the world doesn't revolve around you and people don't care.

Government agents aren't involved in cases of credit card debts. These ''government agents'' are something that your own mind created, a projection of your own fears.

You need to receive proper treatment and professional medical attention. If you think that those ''agents'' are stopping you from seeking help, it's your own conscience that's trying to stop you from seeking help. If you have family or friends, tell them to help you with it and go with you to a medical center

There are pathways to follow to fix this challenge in America. The reality is, the pathways are painful and take effort and time. Dave Ramsey your way out of the shit you created for yourself (or someone similar). Bankruptcy, debt consolidation and refinancing are tools, treat them such.
