Using Adsense account which is under friends name. Tax issues?

I am unable to access my old AdSense account, so I verified and created a new account under my friend's name. However, I have concerns regarding taxes. I live in Germany, and I don’t think Google shares information about the AdSense account owner with the tax office.

Is there a way for the tax office to find out that the AdSense account is not under my name? If they do find out, would they care about it?

As long as I pay taxes on the money deposited into my bank account under my name or company, it shouldn’t matter whose name the AdSense account is under, right?

I’m asking specifically because I want to ensure that my friend isn’t at risk of any issues like tax evasion or legal trouble.
