How to index bulk posts above 1000 without hurting my website

Hi guys I have a large number of posts and want to index tham all because indexing one by one it take lots of time with google search cansole so how can i index large number of posts without hurting my website I mean without spaming

it is tool site with lots of pages and all the pages have a same tool just different queries
