indexing limits

Hi guys I have a large number of posts and want to index tham all because indexing one by one it take lots of time with google search cansole so how can i index large number of posts without hurting my website I mean without spaming

I need someone who knows how to index 6 million pages created automatically from a website with phone numbers. The sitemaps are sent to Google Search Console and there are 156k indexed pages, but I can't index more. I tried with indexification.com but it doesn't work so I need another method...

Here's the skinny: I'm a formerly retired SEO, back at it. This website is a complete biz in a competitive and regulated finance space. So, just to give you an idea, site has: About Us | Staff | Ethics Pages | Privacy/Terms/Disclaimer | Contact Us | a news section, services, articles, etc...

Several of the Indexing services that submit directly to google have stopped working and a number of threads have popped up about it. I think the reason is down to Google changing request indexing limits & quotas and crawl limits in search console...
