Is this a type of cloacking?

HI guys,

So, basically on Google, this URL(https://nipost.gov.ng/) is showing on top of SERPs in South Korea for the keyword 슬롯사이트(slot website, casino kw), and it

redirects to a random website. But if you type in the above url(https://nipost.gov.ng/) on the url bar directly, it shows a Nigerian government website.



To me, this seems to be a referrer cloacking.

Could anybody help me replicate such tactic to achieve high ranking fast for casino keyword in Korea?

This is a way to avoid other country traffic to visit the gambling site.

There is definitely a cloaker here. These sites have been hacked and malicious code has been added. They may have done this through old plugins or malware themes. While Google bots see different content, real users see a betting site.

Also, since these sites have high Google authority, they quickly rise to the top. If you have high authority sites, you can do the same with a cloaker.

obviously a hacked site, but you can archive the same with a normal site (or multiple) too when you use a cloaker.
