The moderators are already conducting some form of KYB, verifying and testing the services before approval. And then what? Have we actually solved anything?
Moreover, most scams—about 80%+ of the time—are conducted using crypto payments (unfortunately). However, when the buyer tries to exploit "loopholes", also known as "gray area" (or realistically speaking,dark as a black hole), they are fully aware of the risks. They understand that absolutely no one can guarantee or provide buyer protection for such services.

You are absolutely .... wrong about this. In reality, there are services that are far from “completely legal,” as they clearly violate the terms and services of the involved parties.
I can mention some , but I'm sure that you know what I'm saying
I understand where you are coming from. There are sellers like you/us who operate as legally registered businesses, accepting legal payment methods PayPal/Stripe but also providing LEGAL services or legal digital products.
Needless to say, from a financial perspective, you are asking BHW to take financial losses—not because of not allowing scammers, but because there are still legitimate users who are afraid of KYC, especially when it comes to purple-gray area services.

The answer will be another one telling you to wait for Marketplace 2.0, I hope it will be implemented soon, because the current situation is not sustainable

Trustpilot accused me of fake reviews. Wanted me to upgrade to premium but me being me, i wanted them to take me to court.
I have an army of solicitors in the family.
They cease and deceased me, I asked for proof, they just said there systems stayed it was fake, again asked for evidence...
They could not link me with any fake reviews
I asked for ip addresses, computers, each review they said was faked, was created all around the country, with different computers, phones, browsers. Not 1 linked to me, court found in my favour and made them payout to me.
They had to reinstate all reviews because they weren't actually fake. Although my other reviews on other profiles were haha...
