Looking for new proxy provider for paypals

i was using 922proxy since past several months and it worked great for my paypals however paypal banned those proxies few days ago and now i am struggling to find a new proxy provider which offer same services as 922Proxy

I need socks5 residential proxies (maybe http willl work too) which let me select from a variety of cities and have sticky sessions

i need either recommendation from personal users or vouches from owners of those who have sales thread here

Do you need to filter by city? How long do sticky sessions last? Do you prefer billing by GB or by IP?
