[Need help] Payoneer has held money and requests an invoice

Hi, I have two Payoneer accounts. I transferred money from one account to the other, but Payoneer has held the transaction and is requesting an invoice along with business information. Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this? Should I consider creating a fake invoice and a fake company website? Has anyone faced a similar issue, and how did you handle it? Thanks!

If you have an internet money transfer, just write up something on your company header paper to say there is a transfer of funds between 2 of the company's accounts for balance tracking and risk purposes.

Don't do a fake invoice. If you are doing a legit activity provide the real deal. Its as easy as that.

Thanks, but I don't have a company. Don't know how to get a company header paper. I only transferred money from my main account to a sub-account. It wasn’t an issue before, but now Payoneer is requesting additional information.
