Best way to create account and post?

I am using dolphin anty proxies, how do i safely create an account, warm-up and post? I've seen people saying do not use desktop to create instagram account!, do not post from desktop, do not schedule the posts. Is there a better way?

You got wrong advice for scheduling posts. I'm using Hootsuite for my 30 accounts posts. No problems of any ban.

No, I mean is it ok to create account from the browser and then login to mobile (with proxy) or can i use android emulator on desktop itself? I'm just worried that if i do something stupid they will flag my account.

My work includes manual posting 3 times a day.

First of all, could you clarify how many accounts you’re planning to operate? This can make a difference.
If it’s just one account, it won’t matter much. But if you’re planning to manage multiple accounts, I’d recommend using mobile emulator software to operate them efficiently.
