U will rank nothing gmb listing are on the top position. Ads then GMB. Im in rank and rent since 5 years, its more than just doing cold mailing and ranking websites. But wait and see.

Update

Most of the websites were built last month, with the exception of the Drywalling project, which was built this month. I ran into a lot of indexing issues with all the websites, mostly due to some mistakes I made while experimenting. To get things back on track, I decided to use Ranker X to create some branded foundations for each site as a starting point.

Once the branded foundations were set up, I submitted them to several indexing services: GSA Indexer, Indexification, 1Indexer, Speed Indexer, Telegram Indexer, and Linklicious. My goal is to ensure that most of the links get properly indexed.

Tthis seems huge are you using any tools to generate all these sites or is programmatic seo ?
I was seeing something similar in a youtube video some days ago and he was targeting all us using programmatic seo and Google ads with an affiliate network where they were selling leads

A few questions came to my mind about your project, I hope we can discuss it.

1. About ToS and data privacy:

a) when someone fills in a form for proposal, you need to handle their data, how do you manage that? Because you have to give a company who handles this in the ToS, so you put the company that will be your affiliate partner and always update it - if it changes, or you create your own company and you state that you "resell" the data to 3rd party?

b) if its a possibility to make a call on your site, you own a dedicated phone number for this which you hand over to your affiliate partner or you always post your partner's own phone number on the site?

2. Pricing:

a) I think there should be a basic price which cover the monthly fees (website admin, web hosting, cost of ppc campaigns, phone service - if you have your own [see 1b], content creation) right?

b) and the second part is about leads - I assume you charge for the leads who clicked on either the phone number CTA or filled in a form on your website, because that can be easily tracked, and if your partner doesn't able to fulfill their needs or expectations, that's not really your problem? Since your ads worked because they ended up on your site, and since they have made contact, your website worked also.

I think there’s no point in using indexers. Instead, I’d build a GSA campaign for RankerX links. I’m not into rank and rent, but I’m definitely into ranking with tiered link building, so that’s one of your methods covered. Good luck, bro

I’ve decided to dive into the home services industry. Last month, I made the decision to explore several home services niches, and right now, I’m working on seven different rank-and-rent businesses. Although I’m new to this niche, I’ve been working in SEO for several years, which I’m leveraging to get started.
