Rank & Rent SEO Empire - My 30k/month Journey

Hey everyone,

I’ve decided to dive into the home services industry. Last month, I made the decision to explore several home services niches, and right now, I’m working on seven different rank-and-rent businesses. Although I’m new to this niche, I’ve been working in SEO for several years, which I’m leveraging to get started.

Here’s my plan: In the beginning, I’ll partner with a PPC network to earn income from call leads while the websites are still in their early stages. Once these websites and pages start attracting traffic in a specific city, I’ll use cold email outreach to secure rank-and-rent clients for each site.

By April 1, 2025, my goal is to be generating at least $30k per month from a combination of client work and PPC income. I’ll be updating this thread regularly to stay on track and hold myself accountable.

Update

Most of the websites were built last month, with the exception of the Drywalling project, which was built this month. I ran into a lot of indexing issues with all the websites, mostly due to some mistakes I made while experimenting. To get things back on track, I decided to use Ranker X to create some branded foundations for each site as a starting point.

Once the branded foundations were set up, I submitted them to several indexing services: GSA Indexer, Indexification, 1Indexer, Speed Indexer, Telegram Indexer, and Linklicious. My goal is to ensure that most of the links get properly indexed.

I always wonder that how rank and rent SEO works. Like you just rank for specific services and rent it to some local service provider?

So local service providers wouldn't need the branding of their company? Like having the company domain, services pages, etc.

1800 or so. They include all of the above, including TOS, Disclaimer, and Privacy policy. This is to make sure the projects are seem as legit in Google's and visitors eyes.
