Nothing beats the 80s

it was good, but I still preferred Jackie Chan movies as I've always been a fan of martial arts as a kid, so for me those movies were more impressive then tech-oriented movies (never been a tech loving guy)
Anyway, Terminator was good indeed, not going to argue against this

Chan did things that sometimes looked cooler than computer graphics. And - yes, they were good movies. I especially liked the tossing candy and catching it with my mouth in Armor of God.

yeah, man... it's what actually kept my respect and admiration for him as I grew up. In the beginning, when I was a kid (10-15 years old) I was only impressed by the fight scenes, like any kid would. But as I grew older and my tastes started getting more complex and my understanding of the world got bigger and more accurate too, the fight scenes - as spectacular as they still were (heck, even yesterday I rewatched the entire Project A movie, 40 years after its release, so this should tell you how much I still like JC movies
) - took the 2nd place in my admiration for JC movies, the #1 spot is like you said: the fact that he did his own stunts. There are so few (if any) stars nowadays who do this that you can probably count them on one hand...Anyway, great movies, they've saved my childhood which was otherwise full of bullying and illnesses (not dangerous illnesses, but so many of them at once that they've really kept me crippled and unable to fulfill any of my potentials). But the JC movies, the cartoons and the music have saved my childhood, so many great things have happened in the 80s in the entertainment industries...
that was chewing gum, but it was cool regardless

To some extent that was exactly what it was. Often, stunts and fights were the main content of the movie, but as a rule, no serious idea was put into these movies. But they were entertainment movies, not educational movies.that was chewing gum, but it was cool regardless

never heard of this band before (or the song itself), but it doesn't sound bad. After all, it's the 80s and you can't go wrong with it
