I have seen them around but there are some scam complaints on Reddit. Is it really just one dude running a site from his bedroom? I contacted their support and it may be unmaintained as I got one reply and then they stopped replying.

Anyone familiar with Cryptomus? Are they legit?

I've been using cryptomus for the last few months. They have been great, add them on telegram they have amazing support. Much better fees and service than every other crypto gateway

I have been using Cryptomus for a long time and have never had any problems.
In the last few months, many people have switched from Coinbase Commerce to Cryptomus.
So I think the support is taking a bit longer at the moment.

Try to contact them via Support Ticket option or Telegram

They work great, especially for high-risk processing, but incredibly sketchy as a company.

Mentally prepare that they might do a switcheroo and take your funds.

Fees are less important to me than good customer service. The fact Cryptomus sometimes takes your funds is a red flag to me and outweighs any fee savings if I never see any of them money.
As you mentioned, their support is slow / doesn't reply. Not sure how many days is usual to wait until I can declare that they don't reply.

Yeah this is what I'm worried about. Someone above mentioned Coinbase Commerce. Maybe that's the move.

I don't understand the fascination for Cryptomus - they charge 2% when most of their competitors charge 1% or less. In addition, their support doesn't speak proper English which is not very helpful.

Nothing to complaint about Cryptomus so far, they are doing a great job for me. Reddit complaints can be easily faked and created by competitors, not sure if it's the case tho

Im also using them for few months and had no problem yet with them and all works finee

What evidence do you have that they might take your funds?

I've only had an account for 3 months. Opened a support ticket and they replied in minutes. That's my experience.

There’s always the risk when dealing with crypto, especially when we’re talking about a high-risk crypto processing FinTech firm.

+

The executives are sketchy and located in countries where they could easily get away with crypto-related scams.

I also know some basic-level insider things from the company. They are nowadays a lot bigger than a few years back so I don’t know how they do things there nowadays, but not too many years ago their business operations were extremely sketchy and borderline illegal.

I do use them myself though, and am satisfied. I just acknowledge the risks in play here.

To be fair, there is nothing today that will give you peace of mind that your money is 100% safe. Even customers from the biggest financial institutions are getting roasted. If you fall victim to a scam, the chances of recovering your money is 15%.

It's mostly common sense. Keep your eyes open and do your research.

I’ve heard mixed things about Cryptomus. Some users report issues, especially with unresponsive support after initial contact, which raises red flags for me. It’s possible it’s a small operation, and that could be risky if you’re dealing with larger transactions. If you're thinking about using it, maybe start small to test the platform's reliability. Just be cautious and watch out for any additional user reviews before committing any significant funds.

We have been working with Cryptomus for over 2 years now. While their support could be improved, contacting them via the website chatbot always connects us to a human who provides helpful assistance. Overall, a trustworthy provider.

I have come to the conclusion that Cryptomus it is better to ask questions via a ticket in my personal cabinet. Answers come faster. And in general, I am personally satisfied with everything in the work of the platform.
