I added a card to an ad account in my Business Manager account and the account is closed, I can't do anything to open it. When I go to the support screen, the "request a review" button is inactive.

I tried everything but I couldn't connect with them, I think I can only communicate with them if I become a premium member. I will do that. It wasn't like this before. Facebook is much more cancerous now.

Normally, i will chat support in Help and Support. But not all accounts have a chat button
