I tried to buy bulk FB accs from this guy, he delivered mostly banned/disabled accounts. Of the accounts that could log in, many were being actively used to send job scams. Even the replacement accounts were the same quality, banned or still being used.
There's an issue with refunding me directly through Paypal, and this guy is using this as an excuse to not refund me at all. He demands that I use my "refund" to buy more accounts from him.

The buyer payed through paypal, I delivered the accounts which buyer had problem in some of them do I replaced them. Buy buyer asked me to refund instead which I agreed to refund through the same paypal but buyer wants to be refunded in crypto which I can't do due to double chargeback through paypal in the future
1. "Buyer did not have problem", you sold me a majority of banned or accounts being used after you sold them. You acknowledge you agreed to replace, the replacements were worse quality.
2. You agreed to refund, so you know the quality was bad.
3. My card expired the same day I bought these accounts, so a normal refund will not work. I did not demand crypto, I said you can send it to me directly in Paypal or crypto if you want. Why can't you do that? This is ridiculous. He scammed me and won't refund me because he's worried about a chargeback

Hi, if I had an intention to sell my buyers bad accounts I would not have replaced. Gmail and social media accounts may get inaccessible and we provide replacement from new stock or refund in that case
You're saying random stuff now. Why cant you go to Paypal > Send Money and refund me? I don't care if it's Paypal or crypto, you sold me crap, I just want my money back.
