Cheap email warmup tool suggestion

Hey,
I want to send bulk email cpa offers to my list. I have setup mailserver and automation tool. Now i need a warmup tool. Since i am starting i have literally no budget. So i need a cheap solution to warmup my email server.
Please give me some suggestion.

Did use mail.ai for free trial and got the warm up nicely.

Problem is the setup and integration of emails are a bit tedious and time consuming especially when you're doing 100+ emails

I find nothing when i go to mail.ai

@rasel98 I suppose @Seeker7Finder meant mails.ai (missed "s"). This tool works perfectly with Google/MS, but there was a problem connecting external SMTP as AWS SES, for example.
