As for Paypal, they are bunch of idiots so that means s**t. I have seen plenty of proof just from what has been posted here on the forums and is floating around the internet, which i'm sure is only a fraction of it!

This Process can go on to court, I have been in a same situation a while ago. I was a ebay seller and I did dropshipping. When people purchased the item, I would turn around and ordered the item from the company.

Little did I know, the company scammed me and the money was sent to the company. I contacted everyone about this and some people did not believe me so, they decided to contact paypal. Paypal limited my account because I could not ship the items. But believe it or not, paypal resided with me because I had proof that the dorpshipping company scammed me. But Paypal did not tell them anything so, they went to their local Police department and sign an affidavit.

Next thing you know, the police was at my door step. Paypal gave them my address and all the transactions. They came in for questioning about my online activities so, I showed them everything and how the dropshipping company scammed me and the people. So the police could not do anything because I had proof that the company did scam me and If I did not have proof, they would have taken me away right there. So, instead of the people suing me, they sued the company and they won (people).

It can happen here, go to court or contact the police, they will help. Individuals that have stolen over $300 is a felony, thats what the police told me. I was scared, but I knew I did right. Thats why I do not deal with dropshippers any more. So even if Paypal resides with the buyer, you can take it further and thats what the ebayers did.
 
I was thinking, why don't you guys get a list together of all the people scammed and the amounts and someone file a police report. its even better if the person that files the report lives in az. hell, if the collective amounts are big enough call the fbi. go for civil and criminal.
 
Ehh ive got scumed few times as well but not this high :S i hope you get your cash back mate
 
I was scammed by goober he sent me 8000 duplicated backlinks I put up a thread on the forum got my rep completely trashed and then I was banned.

Please admin check my account wulf2ram that was banned because of this guy goober.

Im glad hes gone I wasnt speaking out again but if anyone in this thread wants to check wulf2ram I put in bad feedback for him and within a few days was banned.

It was very sadening and I hope I dont get banned again for coming out with this now that goober is gone as I did nothing wrong other than get scammed from someone who was made untouchable cause my comments were just rep- and he obviously had his mod in training application under way.

Saddest thing that happened when I lost my old account here "for being scammed!" was that i lost faith in the BHW community and I was aiming for the JR vip i was only a few posts away :(

I think i still have proof files but if hes gone that dont matter now.
 
I always thought he was dodgey when he did his xrumer service and voiced it in the thread.

How can this be? I mean... If I buy a product from you, I make an deal/agreement with you and not your drop-shippers.

If you can't deliver I don't care about what ever suppliers you have choosen to use. Why should I have to turn to them with my claims?

I really don't believe what you wrote as if you get scammed by your suppliers who you have turned to for delivering the goods you're selling, it's a thing between you and them and not your clients.

What you wrote would be pretty much impossible in any law system regarding contracts (as a purchase actually are) as no one (except the Government in some cases) can make legal contracts for a 3'rd part without having their explicit power of attorney written and signed.
 
I bought a $350 dollar blast and he did just what he said he would.... only problem is it got me a 30 day penalty and I lost $2,000 in the end.
 
The other forum that Goob3r was on is gone does anyone know the details if you do and don't want put on here just PM me the details and Goob3r and a friend has stated another on with 15 members...

I will have more details on my case sometime next week...

There is is several ways I can go and this is one of them and my wife called Paypal and they also told us what we can do...

Like I said I have been busy collecting everything because I have months of information...

I have sent him a response on his skype everyday asking for my money back like he promised...

But know he has till Monday and that is it...

This is going to sound harsh people, but if you thought for one minute that 30,000 links spammed across the net was going to help your website then you are at fault for setting yourself up in a position where you believed that kind of crap.

Still hope you all get your money back.
 
Evilpixel I am really sorry to hear that. Looks like you're back under a different id LOL. I hope the mods here try and compensate you and others here who suffered under this guys Reign of Terror!]/B] I have been here for a few years now. I have a member on forums for over 25 years approximately. One thing we should not do here is throw the baby out with the bath water. Most of mods in these forums are very dedicated and volunteer their own time. Forums like BHW could not function without moderators. You will always find a bad apple in the barrel. Just my 2 cents.

Gorang you are correct. Unfortunately there are allot of bottom feeders and they prey on newbies and they pray in GREED. That greed is getting something that is very hard to attain the easy way.....and they are willing to pay cash for this. This makes me upset because I have a small SEO company in the Philippines. We do excellent work but we are always struggling to make it. I guess that's because we are honest and hardworking instead of cheating people!
