Just sayin that in past many good members of bhw got banned for many diffrent thinks like being customer of a wrong tool or for posting a good review and so on.
Thats also the reason i guess why so many good members arent posting anymore cause they dont feel bhw as a fair place anymore.
And the past also showed that there were many groups using mods reputation to increase their sales and also some mods who have zero clue about IM and making money only on their rep.

Sorry i'm writing it here but thats what many older members think

Hi unknown, anytime BHW will be the fair place to post their opinion. Here we mods are banning people only to safeguard the other members and not for any reason. For some cause we could not able to post the actual reason, why the member was banned.

No you are taking that in the wrong direction. Questioning a mods decision on a forum topic, or a forum rule, is against the rules. This rule came really to the forefront of BHW, when Harro outlawed coaching. There was a massive thread in it with mostly Havok taking the brunt of attacks. People complaining that it shouldn't be a rule etc. So Harro then reminded us, that if they make the rules, there is to be no questioning of them.

But this in no way extends to mods scamming people out of money.... No matter how high up.

so overusing their power to kick someone out of their approved biz is not a reason to questioning a mods decission ?

OK guys i will put this correctly he was not a mod, he was a mod in training there is a hell of a difference.
Another thing would be that we have the rule that a "mods decision is final" yes this is all fair enough but we do believe in a lawful forum.
If you have problems with mods or other admins you contact me directly and i will solve it, i do not take sides, i will however rectify the situation and if needed remove the staff member in question if thats what it takes.
Mods or staff are not over the rules. And they never will be, mods in training are not mods either, they are in training and there is a period in which they can show us what they are capable of then we decide if they are good enough to take full position.
They have no power to do anything other than remove threads and ban users. I monitor there activity quite frequently the same i do with all our other staff.

Nobody is above our rules. Remember this. And if any mod steps over the line, CONTACT ME DIRECTLY VIA PM. You will not be banned and everything is kept private between us.

Never be scared to judge a staff member. But one thing is DO NOT DO IT PUBLIC, this will only make matters worse.

He had more than a week to reply to all the threads yet he banned the users instead and deleted most of the threads.

i know, i'm not defending him, i just answered to OP why the "defendant" can't post NOW (it seems he/she doesn't know that G00B3R is already banned)

Isn't this the guy that had a Negative Rep of something bizarre like -100 in the last year?
If not then I have him confused with another character who did in fact have a very negative rep.

I've been a good friend of G00B3R for a few months and the work that he has done for me in the past has helped my ranking. However, my views of him have been changing. Recently, he has been kind of a dick and seems to be going money-crazy and taking advantage of people. He doesn't seem like a friend to me anymore. And after viewing the chat logs and pictures posted above, I've lost all my respect for him.

I also don't have much respect for the forum that he super moderates now. They sell VPSes for 150/year that have over $1000 worth of software loaded on to them, which suggests they are pirated copies. The developers deserve the money for the hard work they put into their software.

Wow... This is an eye opener for all us noobs... ive been a member for a while learning the black art of seo. Ive been taken back on how someone becomes a trusted member such as a Mod, JV or Donor. You begin to trust then because they post alot of posts n thanks. Ive learned alot from this forum and am truly greatful at all the .pdfs and software posted. It has helped my by leaps n bounds in promoting my site's. But it pisses my off to see some one in power take advantage of someone and be so cocky to point of saying go ahead n ban me. It makes me think hes got another account here and everywhere else. I have a few accounts at different sites with proxies so im sure hes still here doing his thing. Were all here for the money and promoting our products, Arent we?????

I feel for you guys that got you money taken and wish you the best in getting a refund. I guess if those we take advantage get theirs in the end "karma". Keep not of the names and emails and products they create and slamm the hell out of them... like Xumer blastes none stop to sandbox and blacklist the sites.... It makes me think of a service that takes down sites owned be people that rip people off.. thats the only solution to this issue.... A group that is a watchdog for Blackhatters.... Think about it...... Someone rips a blackhatter off.. gets his sites d-listed by us over advertising there sites.. with all the tools avail..
