I sent you link in DM to confirm verification through PSA if it is really yours. Value is always changing, so new appraisal is needed most likely. Some apps can take picture of these but mostly cards to pull up details and value. I would call a sports memorabilia or card shop to get a professional opinion since postcard is possibly niche. The address on the card is probably not the money here but there may be some value there.
Do contact PSA as they are they authority on this as it appears you may have something of value.

The card itself has no real value and the signature, because Micky signed SO MUCH, is not very valuable either.
Their suggestion was to either keep it and start a collection or see if you can catch someone on ebay that needs that for their collection.

It is to the people that need that for their collection.
I'd eBay it and see what action you get.
I'm sure there are some card enthusiasts that could give you other platforms where you may catch that collector.

I'd definitely check eBay. I'm not saying it's worth something but the comps for what you have are priced rather high and there's a few that sold for between $275-$495 USD. You might be able to price yours a little lower and still make some money. I'm not sure what you were hoping for but it can't hurt to look/try.
