I don’t know what you are reading, but almost every posts you quoted MENTIONED how to do it.

You need to get links or redirects from high DA to manipulate DA/ DR.

The post you showed doesn't offer DA50+. Even though that's what the picture says, the title says DA30. The method is given in the listing as well:

If you want to do it yourself simply find high DA sites that allow links to any site you want. There's lists of popular ones that get posted here from time to time, although to do it well you'll need to do your own research to try and find untapped sites. Nobody can give you a detailed method from start to finish because each site will have its own process for creating links and those change over time.

All that happens here is a manipulation of 3rd party vanity metrics scores such as Ahrefs and Moz. In the end all this does is give you an impression that your authority has increase and that your website has some links. High-authority do-follow external links are helpful. The higher the quality of the external links, the more expensive they are.
I think the 10$ service you mentioned is a bit too cheap, need to be cautious.

Its NOT possible - Those $10 authority increase services are total rubbish - They do not increase the true organic authority of a domain - They only create a fake manipulated score in SEO tools - It will not help your website traffic or rankings, you will not get real in content authority links. Its just all garbage to fool the tools to show a high score - It makes no difference to the real world or search engines.

There are thousands of idiots who sell this rubbish - They know nothing about real SEO and it will not help you - Also, it will make your backlink profile look like trash - NEVER do this rubbish to your website !!!

While in the end - The SEO tools may show a higher score, your true organic authority according to the search engines will remain at ZERO - Just don't do it ! Its just fake scams and fraud !!! It does not help your real SEO.

From my experience, what they usually done is submit your site to site directories, try blending link in a post on their PBN, through Forum's signature, posts, or some good ******** backlinks source that they secretly discovered. They usually keep the list private to prevent compatitor from copying their works.

I, myself do use those services sometimes. Some good providers do give very good backlinks that help kick off the site's SEO. It does works. But $10 for DA50? Please avoid those cheap providers completely, those links are either temporary, or from high SPAM score PBN, fraud sites which is just rubish and do more harm than bring any good.

So .. carefully check the reviews how other say about that provider before deciding to work with them.

The only problem with it, is finding a good seller, who done actual works.
Sometimes, you already knew how it is done, but too lazy to do it, and just want to offload the works to somebody else. This is how I am seeing about those kind of services. .
