BHW Media upload is not working, anyone else getting this issue?

I tried to upload thread design via media upload > marketplace its not working.
anyone else getting this issue?

when i click upload the same page reloads and image is not uploaded, it shows the exact same thing.
if i posted this in wrong section, could moderator please move to right section.
