lyca don't work for this, as I read on a few places. You can try verizon, sim cards are around $3-5 on ebay, you don't have to have credits on them to use them, contrary to lyca

It does not depend on the VPN IP, but you can change the display language of tiktok by going to the settings section

yea they do detect other things. use your new account on a clean phone with a paid vpn or proxy.
