Bulk Publishing and Indexing on Google for Huge Traffic

Found some interesting sites online do anybody know how they index these many pages in google super fast and how they are creating these many pages website url: wisdomstudios.gg it has traffic of 5 million in ahrefs just within a month. Site has google index of around 600K pages. Ahrefs still not able to pick all the pages and rankings.
