I received a 2-digit and a 3-digit.com domain from someone who died last year... Now I have received several requests from brokers who offer me a lot of money, which are between $80,000 and $150,000 per domain. but, i don't want to sell them want to keep them in my stock forever, especially since the person who died was very close to me.

How can I rent out these domains? I want a passive income for life. And above all, how do I determine the monthly price?

I tried to rent them trough afternic but i got no option for that, all i can do is set a price and a floor price or lease to own.

If you don't want to use them yourself, get them appraised from a professional and sell them off and invest the amount to generate income. This is my personal opinion.

If you still want to rent it out, look for companies that help leasing it out. dan.com and venture.com are the ones that I know of.

Imo if something is worth $100,000, you could charge $2,000–$4,000 per month. I don't where you can list them for rent however. I didn't even know that was something.

To begin with, choose a commercial theme suitable for domains. Then offer to rent or sell and send to large companies.

IM Is constantly changing
online companies life span is alot lower than B&M companies.
B&M companies wont be renting them but buying it outright.
If I was in this situation, I would sell them instead and invest in real estate.
That's passive money for life.

Dont sell these domain , as you said some gave you and now he/she no more exist , just keep it with youself and start writing finance contact ( on this i can help you ) and write blog and affiliate links. you can easily make 2k to 5k every month after few month struggle

Nice inheritance, I wish I could leave a 2 digits .com domain for my kids
