I have worked with over 5 agencies from this forum and asked for a refund if the money was not spent. There has never been a problem. These guys seem to be some kind of special.

DO NOT BUY FROM X-AGENCY! Today they just stole from us around 20K USD that we had spread between 3 campaign managers. They stopped our campaigns and blackmailed us into charging more. We said NO because we still had money on it. What they did next was they deleted our conversations in Skype and remove all our access to our accounts. I still had around 10K (the rest was spread between my colleagues).
