Till now they are very reliable 5 months on shared hosting. They allow warez.

Anybody allows warez... until you get banned. Since they are US a DMCA notice is all it takes.

I was looking at 2x4. Their servers appear to be in Seychelles wherever that is.

actually 2x4 are in the wahome datacenter in russia, thats just the company that ipblock is assigned to, wahome.ru - try testing its speed and peering, they are fkn fast for ru
