If you press the Randomize Proxies button in your control panel at the site they will change.

If you do nothing you will have the same proxies as long as you want them (unless tornado changes his IP's).

I did not wanted to post my problem here but the lack of support gives me no more options,

By now I have been for more than 72 hours with no proxies and therefore unable to work, this is my 3rd month paying for this service and everything until now went smooth but 3 days ago my proxies(20) went all down based on no payment which is incorrect since the payment was successfully made on time by paypal automatic payments, seems that the system did not captured my payment and shut down my proxies. I have sent 3 mails to support and one PM to mrtornado already and got NO response at all.

This freaking issue is running my patience out, can you please take care of your existing customers or ill just should take my business elsewhere and dispute the last payment on paypal? i need to make money and without proxies I CANT!

Just send me an email to support with your proxies list and I will add them to your new configuration. Also please let me know the configuration ID.

Hey there mr tornado, I just submitted a support ticket via your website, but I figured I'd mention it on here. I'm just having an issue with my proxies, all of a sudden they are showing up in ScrapeBox as "ip blocked, captcha" and I'm not sure why.

I authorized the IP address via my control panel at your proxy site, and made sure to save afterwards.

They were working perfectly for a couple of hours, but then all of a sudden, I'm getting the message I just mentioned.

I'm sure it is nothing, just figured I'd give you a heads up.

I forgot to come back on here and let everybody know (in case they read my quoted post above and got "scared") that it turned out to be nothing.

It had something to do with the ports on the server I'm running ScrapeBox from (where I use mrtornados proxies) and after 20 minutes or so everything went back to normal.

What's really cool is that mrtornado actually emailed me asking if I needed his help to SET UP MY SERVER the right way...now that is customer service.
