How to write article for offline local business?

Hi there,

I create a website for local business i.e. (city name) + plumber.com
I'm wondering how to write article for my keyword (city name + plumber)

For example if my website is newyorkplumber.com
How can I write article about newyork plumber?
I found it is a bit difficult.

Can I pick any article from ezinearticles that has keyword "plumber" and add the word "newyork" in front of it and then rewrite that article ? But the article won't seem to make sense.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm sure there are tons of niches within the plumbing world - clogged drain to septic tanks to re pipes.... Speak with your customer about the ins and outs of these niches, so that your articles make sense... mention these niches to him and have him give you a list of all the niches.. come up with 5 articles for each (pro tip: dragon ns + headset = win) and then - you should end up with like atleast 5 niches with 5 articles each, spun 5 times each, giving you well over 100 articles.......

You can write any article about plumbing prices and interject New York Plumber in there. I think your bigger issue is going to be writing a quality article as it appears English is not your native language.
