That's what I thought. Almost all of these companies have a blacklist, although I know of some that don't like using their blacklists for small-time URLs/keywords because it increases the load on their servers too much.

They will provide bulk low-quality backlinks with higher spam scores, your site may get a sudden increase in ranking but upcoming algorithm updates will take you down for sure.
