your post makes no sense - sorry. From your list, it sounds like what you're really saying is "I don't want any links"

You need to rephrase the post and the title, noone will know what your asking. Not trying to bust your balls (or ovaries), but I have no idea what your asking.

It's either;

"Can I achieve top PR without doing any work?"

or

"How do I use the following methods?"

I think the OP is high :p

Is this klingon language?:alien:

no what i know this is an English language. if you are not able to understand what i want to ask its ok. but if u are not able to understand what language is this then i am so sorry for my english skill.

yes i am also thinking exactly what you say after looking all those project. but people still bidding means there is any way to build that link. but i don't know how.

i have edited the post. guess this may help you to understand what i want to ask.

you can get links like that but they will be EXPENSIVE and it will take a lot of work. There was a similar thread recently that had some ideas. I posted in it so if you look through my posting history you'll find it and it might help you.

I'd be interested in what people are bidding to do this job. Personally I'd not touch a client like this for less than $100-150 per link and most likely I'd not work with them at all because in my experience clients who come out with lists like this are a pain in the ass to work with.

Thanks for your valuable answer. i am now looking forward to your posting history. but you may be surprise to know bidders average price per pr 6+ link is less than $2 in that project.

That doesn't surprise me but they won't be able to get the kinds of links outlined in the requirements for only $2 each.

may be you are right.

Well said Mandom !!!. I agreed..whoever posted this dont' want anyone to work for him.

Have you ever noticed that a site with a PR0 can rank above a site that has PR5+?

PR0 ? www.topendsports.com/events/worldcupsoccer/winners.htm
PR6 - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIFA_World_Cup

On Google UK when I search for ?World Cup Winners? the PR0 page is first and the PR6 page is second.

I can get you PR6 ? PR8 Links for a high price, but that does not mean it will help you.

There is over 200 factors that Google looks at to rank you higher in the serps and PR is not the top.

Believe me, you will not be able to get a link from a PR10 page let alone being do follow. It is not possible.

You might get lucky and find a blog where you can comment on a PR8 page but you have requested no blog comments so that won?t work.

Maybe you could go to the Whitehouse, offer them 100 million dollars to sponsor your website on there homepage.

You are obviously very new at SEO. If you want PM me and I will review your site and put you in the right direction.

These aren't the OPs requirements and he's not looking for someone to do the work. He found the listing on a freelance site and was wondering if it's possible.

I have answered to ops question and given him advice. Correct?

I was just clarifying because your offer to look at his site and put him on the right track made it seem like you thought he was asking those questions for HIS site.

I'd put money on the fact that the listing you see on the freelance site was put up by the same person who started this thread:

How the hell do you go about these kind of links?

To the OP, read the advice given on that thread.

Yep, that's the one I was thinking about - just too lazy to search it out. :) It was either put up by that guy or by the guy who hired him because that guy couldn't do it...
