I started AdsEmpire CPA. suggestions?

I normally do Telegram Subscription and channel growth. I am trying my Telegram traffic for the first time on CPA adult. I will observe how it will convert its own niche hits.
What would you say about AdsEmpire? Some people say to work with Lospollos or Crakrevenue. I am completely undecided which one is better?
