Just get a Linux vps or dedicated server with unlimited bandwidth. You may want to have a look at Hetzner.
To recommend based on specs, you have to tell us also how much content you have, type of content (videos, texts/articles, images etc).

First, keep in mind that Hetzner explicitly prohibits adult content, as outlined in their terms of use, so they’re not the best option for this type of hosting. Another common challenge in the adult industry is handling DMCA complaints, which can be a real headache.

Based on your description, I would suggest a Dedicated server option. A VPS just won't cut it in your case. You need dedicated performance.\
Look at OVH, they have solid deals and have Datacentres in Europe and in North America. Get a server with at least 8 cores and 64GB of Ram. Sounds expensive, but OVH is ver reasonably priced.

For a website with the specified traffic and hosting requirements, a robust dedicated server configuration is necessary to handle the load efficiently. Below is a suggested server setup:
CPU: dual XEON with at least 16 cores / 32 threads example 2x E5-2620v4 - 2x E5-2630v4 or more powerful 2x E5-2680v4
Ram: 128GB DDR4 Minimum
Storage: should be NVMe or at least 4x SSD in Raid10
if you have uploaded the videos directly on the server then I recommend a 10gbps Dedicated unmetered connection, if you are hosting videos to a 3rd party server then a 1Gbps unmetered connection will work perfectly for you.
if your videos have something related to copyright stuff then do not go to OVH etc, find a trusted offshore hosting provider. there are many good offshore hosting / DMCA-ignored hosting providers in the BHW marketplace.
