Hi everyone,

I’m currently working as the VP of Sales for a company that specializes in fully automated trading algorithms. Our solution is hands-off, allowing clients to trade like full-time day traders without actually trading themselves. We've been in this business for a while with a strong track record, but we’ve only opened up our services to the retail market within the past six months.

The challenge I’m facing is figuring out effective ways to market organically. While we’ve had some success through my own efforts (mainly engaging on forums like Reddit to bring awareness), scaling these methods has proven tricky. Our CEO is hesitant to allocate a significant marketing budget, so I’m limited to low-cost or no-cost strategies.

One of the biggest hurdles is avoiding the perception of being a scam. With so many scams in the trading and crypto space, it’s hard to get people curious without them dismissing the idea outright. Despite having data to back up our claims and hundreds of clients already using the software successfully, skepticism is a major barrier.

I’m looking for creative ideas or strategies to continue building trust and growing our client base organically. If anyone has experience with this type of marketing challenge—especially in industries prone to skepticism—I’d greatly appreciate your advice.

Thank you in advance for any insights!

The thing I don't get from those types of automated trading companies... if you can print $$$, why you need to sell it to other? Maybe that's why people see it as a scam.

I totally get what you mean, and it’s a valid concern. We’re simply a software company, not a trading firm. Once someone takes the time to learn about what we do and sees the verifiable data and track record we have, they usually don’t see it as a scam. The challenge I’m facing is with outreach some people dismiss it immediately without giving it a chance, which makes organic growth tough.

So you know how to make millions with automated trading but don't allocate budget for marketing? Lol!
If your things works you don't need marketing.

This screams scam. Prove me I'm wrong.

We have a lot of marketing, which has its own challenges. I don’t manage that I do my own outreach to bring in my own leads.

I don’t have to prove anything to you

Update: 12/30.

Our budget towards marketing has slightly increased. Our inflow of leads has significantly increased. A B testing is being done with different funnels. As of now leads from marketing have been pretty low quality. People looking for AI bots and free money.

When it comes to my own marketing outreach and efforts things have been working but still an uphill battle.

Mainly focused on Reddit by networking with people who are talking about our competitors, algo trading, automated trading, passive income, new trading strategies.

I have seen success but I know there is so much more potential in organic growth.

You can invite a few people to try it for free for a few weeks and then use their feedback as selling points.
