Okay I just got in doubt about something Yuki.

I saw you said that you try to rank for multiple keywords where your gave examples as dog leash and such.

Now my question is how would you go around spinning something to do with dog training to dog leash?

Or do you only spin articles for each specific keyword?

And use other articles for the others?

I'm not sure what you are trying to say....please clarify.

From what I get from your post, you are asking about how to spin articles for different KWs I think.

If you are super lazy, you can just change out the KWs and tidy your original article up.

I use different articles most of the time for different KWs unless they are very similar.

I have a question about article spinning. I'm going to be investing in SENuke sometime soon, and from this thread, among other things, I've developed a very good idea of what I'll be doing with it. But I've got one unanswered question that's really nagging at me.

SENuke has it's own built in spinner, and they've developed it to the point where it can handle consistent choice syntax, and I think that's amazing. The problem is that I want to be able to use a seed article containing consistent choice syntax to create content for use outside SENuke. The Best Spinner can export 250 spun articles to a .zip, but as far as I know doesn't use consistent choice syntax. Does SENuke have a similar feature for exporting spun content? Or, alternatively, are there any other article spinners that use CCS that do?

Great thread. I've attempted to absorb as much information humanly possible before even attempting to do anything with this wonderful program. Like you, I want to do my research and find out how SENuke can factor into my marketing strategy.

My situation is as follows: I have a .com domain with 22K exact searches that I am currently building a movie website on. However, the niche research module in SENuke lists my keyword phrase as "Don't waste your time". Obviously, I'm not going to let this one slip by because SENuke tells me to. I'm assuming SENuke recommends against it because the highest ranking web 2.0 properties for the phrase are ranked number 50 or so.

Would it still be effective for me to create Web 2.0 properties around the keyword, if not for SERP positions, then just for the link juice they give my money page? Or would you suggest targeting longtail or LSI keywords with these properties instead?

Additionally, having read through this thread multiple times, I saw you mention your use of linkwheels. Seeing as that post was made nearly a year ago, do you still employ the linkwheel strategy using the #lasturl# method?

Although I don't do my KW research with SENuke, that doesn't mean the software's KW research is bad. If it's telling you don't waste your time, that usually means there are a lot of high PR authority sites or something similar which means I would recommend you find out why.

How many competing pages are there for your term when search in quotes?

How about for intitle?

What is the PR and what type of sites are on page 1 when searching your term without quoted?

You need to dig a lot deeper to find out what's going on.

Considering you already bought the domain, I would look for a range of competition that you can compete and start going after those KWs. You need to build up from the bottom and keep building.

22K does not sound that difficult but Y is right, where you got that number from ? You said 'exact' search so you mean you searched for in quotes right ? Also i agree you should target 2ndary keywords first, that will help you to target the main KW's later

Usually, this should bring you a big step forward:

1. pick 4-6 strong web2.0 (and some article site aswell), if you want to be under the radar dont interlink between them, but point them to your site. Dont use the same username when you create these ! Use best original content on these and make sure some are ****************.

2. put some social bookmarks to these props + rss submit, ping, Put profile links to your site and the props

3. after that you can plaster the strong web2.0's with links from much more web2.0 and article subs from senuke as much as you can, you can use #randurl# for that. You can even point some xrumer blast on them..

4. dont built too many links in short time to you money site, especially if your site is brandnew, maybe pay for some directory submission first, to get going..

5. Check your competitors out with yahoo siteexplorer and get your links on the pages they are getting juice from..

When I search for the keyword phrase, the top result has a PR of 2, the second result has a PR of 4 and the third result also has a PR of 2. Number 4 has a PR of 0.

Keeping in mind that my domain has the exact .com keyword phrase, to me, those PR's, with the exception of number 2, seem to be on a level that I can compete with using a long term SENuke strategy. Or am I being unrealistic?

If it means anything, the site will be using the BlackHat WordPress system for its content meaning thousands and thousands of potentially indexed pages.

Just to clarify, was it a mistake to make my money site on the main keyword URL? Or are you saying that that is fine and I should just build web 2.0 properties based on secondary keywords pointing to my money site based on my primary keyword?

That's a pretty competitive term. It's not impossible, but it will probably take some time and effort to rank for your main KW.

Like I said, you should start targeting lower-competition KWs as well. This will allow you to benefit from the site much faster since you can get rankings and traffic quickly, and it will build up more authority for your site and will help you rank faster for your main KW.

You should also look outside of just web 2.0 for backlinks. Try to get some BL from high-PR, relevant sites. Don't forget Press Releases, video(great for movie sites), blog commenting, articles, etc....

If you want to really dominate, you need to hit it from all the angles.

Like I said, it's ok to go after your main KW, but you can't expect to magically be ranking page 1 because you have SENuke or any other software for that matter.

Considering that you have very little SEO/IM experience, it will take longer for you to get results for your main KW than someone like me or anyone else that has experience.

Get some long-tail, low-competition phrases and go after those as you build up for your main KW. Keep doing this and you will eventually get some results.

Yes, pretty much very competitive, i personally would not go for this, i am meddling around with lower comp than this for over a year..

Having the exact primary KW as url is very good though, i wonder this was still available.

Targeting the longtails with low comp and low monthly searches will get you traffic in from the start and built your site up. I was VERY impressed by the linkpyramid ebook and its a super blueprint you should look into and reproduce for your niche:

Damn, I knew it was too good to be true. It turns out I took a "phrase" search to mean an "exact" search. While the phrase search for my keyword was 22k, the exact search was 92!

There goes that idea!

That means that 22K searches come from phrases with your KW in it i.e. most likely a lot of long-tail variations you can work with.
