Troubling at claim ads account!

When i try to claim ads acc to BM the messenge pop up: "This personal ad account can't be added to Business Manager because a payment has not been made. Make your first payment and try again, or create a new ad account in Business Manager instead."
But my ads acc already paid (1$).
Does anyone know how to fix this?

p.s: My via, BM and ads acc have no restrictions at all.

This may be a platform error. Please contact customer service for support or check if the payment section of your account has actually been paid and if there are any bills you have not paid yet.

If it still doesn't work, you have to wait 24 hours, then pay again, or contact the support department, they will help you solve it.

It's likely related to a browser issue, have you tried clearing your browser cache or cookies? If it still doesn't work, you can check your card again

You need to automatically pay 1 bill then add it to BM line 1

This issue may occur due to Facebook not recognizing the initial payment as valid for Business Manager linking. Try running a small campaign with higher spend (e.g., $5–$10) to generate actual ad activity, then attempt to claim the ad account again.
