I contacted seller the only way possible - via TG - to buy a FB ads account for $150. He promised to deliver upon sending payment, but has since blocked me everywhere and hasn't delivered account.

User confirmed and then blocked my number and the other number.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: I want to get my $150 in USD back from this person.

I made an agreement with this person to drive traffic to my site from his platforms, and I sent him $350 in cryptocurrency. Afterward, he claimed his PayPal account was not working and that he needed to purchase a server to send the visits. When I requested a refund, he refused. I then sent him an additional $100 in Bitcoin. He said that would make it work, but he disappeared for hours. Eventually, he claimed it was ready, but more than 15 hours passed with no traffic arriving at my site.


I was shocked to find that he had blocked me on the black hats site and severed our connection on Telegram. I explained to him that my mother is sick with thyroid cancer and that I needed the money to care for her, but he showed no mercy. Now, 17 days have passed in November, and I’m still waiting for his promises. In the end, he blocked me and took my money. I don’t want the money back; I will forgive him. I just want to know if he felt any satisfaction from deceiving others. Why did he leave me hanging for 17 days while I chased a mirage? He claimed to be from Brazil but said he lives in the United States.


I have attached pictures of some of our conversations. If anyone wants all the conversations, I am ready to share them. I documented everything
