telegram limitations not going away even with premium

some reported my account for 18 plus content (posted only once). now, my account is limited cant create new channels nor msg in public groups.

today i bought telegram premium because i heard may be it removes account limitations but nothing happened.

any solution ? except deletation

buying premium only removes some limits, if you violated tos you are account is permanently flagged unless @spambot says otherwise

There's no workaround. That's why you play the numbers game, so even if you lose some accounts, you still have others making money for you.
