I am targeting viewers in the Czech Republic but can tiktok view my DM if i send it to someone in the Czech Republic written in English? I don’t want to raise any red flags.

before logging in and messaging change your ip address using proxy or vpn to czech republic then send the message to the person i think tiktok wont notice you unless you get reported

No problem bro, if your account is locked, it's only because you violated tiktok's policy, but there's no problem with international messaging.

TikTok's messaging system, like most social media platforms, does not automatically flag or restrict messages based solely on the language they are written in. As long as you're sending a direct message (DM) to someone in the Czech Republic, whether in English or any other language, TikTok will not treat it as suspicious just because it’s in English.

They can obviously see your DMs just use burner accounts and a proxy
