You cant do anything.
Bullshit.
Get the buyer to send payment as "goods" and then ship out a CD with a tracking number to their verified Paypal address (or whatever they specify). It's HIGHLY unlikely that you will lose a potential dispute this way.
any suggestion?
What do you mean? I just told you exactly what to do in order to avoid losing disputes.
make a new paypal a/c and take payment in it,then transfer in your main paypal a/c.
thats it.![]()
but the other way of sending a cd is the safer one as there is no way he can start a dispute![]()
Any paypal payments over $250 you wanna get a signature proof as well as a tracking number because of their policy. With that said, you can have proof of shipping and some times PP will screw you over. I recently lost a case where I mailed an item and had the tracking number but the buyer moved but didn't update their paypal address or bother to tell me. Two weeks later I get a notice of goods not recieved complaint and that the funds were taken from my account while PP investigates. I escalated the claim and sent in the tracking number but for reasons I'll never PP sided with the buyer, wtf. Thankfully it was a small thing but still sucks.
that is strange.
if u provide tracking info and the address that is stated during the point of transaction, you will get the money back.
it is not ur issue if u were not given the new address.
how if the buyer give us unconfirm address?
how about if i use "request money"
sent to buyer
is it possible for buyer to dispute they amount ?
You should withdraw the money as soon as the buyer sends you the money
