How to sell without violating the forum rules?

I want to sell a private personal manual to a forum member written at his request, but I do not have a thread on the forum with an offer to sell this manual. How can I best do this without violating the forum rules?

Once you become a Premium Member, Jr.VIP or a Marketplace seller then you can:
1. Sell to someone that has opened a HAF or WTB thread.

Thanks. But please clarify, if the user has VIP and he was asked in messages for help with payment. Should the buyer open a HAF or WTB thread with his question? How can users agree and conduct a transaction without violating the rules?

1. You are either getting a paid membership to sell.

2. You are not going to sell

There are no other options than these 2, otherwise, you'd be violating the rules.

As far as I know it's not necessary, the main rule is being Jr Vip and you guys can go on with your deal as you wish via DMs

The buyer can be a regular member, but the seller cannot.

In this case, OP is the seller and has not upgraded so he cannot sell.

As far as i know you cannot sell via Pm if other person has not made a request in HAF or WTB subforums
