How to Avoid Payment Blocks Using Proxies on PayPal

I'm having trouble with payments getting blocked on PayPal during checkout, often with a "Generic Error," or sometimes it blocks the card payment option altogether. I suspect my proxy might be the issue, even though Scamalytics rates it with a 0-12 fraud score, which is good. However, fv.pro still detects it as a proxy, so that might be causing problems. It could also be related to my PayPal account—I'm not sure.

If anyone knows how to bypass these payment blocks or has tips on using proxies effectively with PayPal, I'd love to hear your insights!

seems paypal detects you as a proxy user. ipscore doesnot matter here than. check your proxy with this checker https://proxy.incolumitas.com/proxy_detect.html if it detects - you need to use Residential VPNs. you need to have http/3 QUIC protocol to work with paypal for sure.
also check yourself here https://quic.nginx.org/ on this case. Socks5/https proxies not supports it (UDP protocol).

also, do you use RDP? because "Generic Error" may appear when you use generic GPU. RDP that have no Graphic physical card (RDP antifraud detection)

nowadays you need a lot more to game these big companies, but my comment was a starting point

op also need to look at the data given to paypal, like fullz, etc

Checked the proxy score—it's 80/100, so definitely detected. I'm using an anti-detect browser, not RDP. Is it possible to use a residential VPN with the anti-detect browser? Appreciate it!

Choose a proxy IP with GEO of your billing address.
Try a mobile proxy.
Check the card BIN, perhaps the merchant does not accept this type of card.

yes. antidetect should be with direct connection, but all traffic on PC will goes thru VPN.
