• Proof of Contact: (Submit screenshots showing that you have tried every reasonable form of contact such as emails, Skype, support tickets, etc)

He deleted my contact before so I use another TG acct to contact them in there new group.

Proof of Transaction:

• Summary of Dispute: They are scammers, they gave facebook advertise accounts to me in 2023, after I paid them they took back accounts and never refund money to me. Every time when I ask him for my refund he always gave me a lot of excuses, and delete my previous TG contact, I use another TG account and pretend to but service from they so that I can keep contacting them, now they not replying my message. I am really need help from BHW, I always trust BHW, please don't let me down.
• Evidence of the Issue:I tried to contact them since one year, but still not getting any solutions.
• What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: I just want to get my money back
